The Atelier

My last trip a few days before the beginning of the COVID 19 pandemic was in Montmartre, Paris. Walking down those streets was an experience as close to time travel as it can get. The paving stones, the weathered walls, the dusty ateliers, every little corner was a trace of an era we never lived and brings up "memories" we never had. Through the lockdown isolation that came after, the memories of this trip became the inspiration for this imaginary private workshop - only as a reminder that creativity might be a lonely but is always a wonderful process and the tools are the only thing that changes as time goes by. Modelled in 3dsmax, rendered in Corona 6, completed in Photoshop.
