Take a deep...break, we all deserve it.

"TAKE A DEEP........... BREAK, WE ALL DESERVE IT." DESCRIPTION: When was the last time you feel so fresh, motivated and rested? A moment we can’t remember the last time we felt, instead most of the time we feel so exhausted, burnout and depleted. Now that we are facing pandemic, we feel like we have to do everything just to keep our sanity despite of being isolated or quarantine inside our very home. The urge to keep doing, keep moving, and keep achieving to the point that we forgot and missed everything important that is happening around us. Rest, we all need it… take a deep break, we all deserve it. Sometimes, we need to take a break and space away from things that we don’t know is slowly killing us, we need to take a break and take a rest to renew our depleted selves, to renew not only our physical and mental but also emotional and spiritual. We need to appreciate that little things that is happening around us, those moments’ counts. MOOD BOARD: -The mood board with images showing a beauty of simple life.
