THE FRONTLINE

At the height of the pandemic, I decided to go back to practicing mattepainting, that's when I thought about creating this piece. This year we saw that all military power, of brute force, could do nothing in the face of the Covid-19 threat. In this scenario where our enemy is practically invisible, the science and courage of those who faced the challenge head on was our main weapon.
