@amenard - thanks for your post. That is true, that the video from the article is not intended to cover the whole topic and all uses of VR in arch-viz. Of course, there is UE4, Unity, Stingray and some other solutions (and probably more incoming in the future) that will use VR googles. It's a nice idea for an article.
