A single-storey private villa on a wetland meadow, visualised as a full exterior set at dawn. The whole study is built around material read and low light: travertine cladding with its open pores left visible, perforated brick screens that let the interior glow leak out in a pattern, a board-marked concrete roof slab carried on slim columns, and oak-lined rooms warming up behind full-height glazing. Seven frames at different focal lengths — 24mm for the wide landscape context, 35mm for the three-quarter and facade runs, 50mm and 100mm for the corner and the material close-up. Still water doubles as a second horizon, and the morning mist is used to separate the roof plane from the treeline instead of an outline. Rendered at 4K and framed in landscape, portrait and 16:9 crops so the same set covers a brochure spread, a poster and social.
