The facades combine soft tones with elegant anthracite cladding and light metal railings, giving the ensemble a modern yet subtle presence. Each apartment, from three-room units to four-room duplexes, opens onto spacious terraces or private gardens, extending the living space outdoors while enhancing both privacy and panoramic views of the surroundings. The landscape design reflects a vision of serenity and discretion, with green spaces flowing organically between the buildings to establish a sense of continuity and calm. In addition, the selected vegetation offers a natural transition between the exterior and private areas, embodying a thoughtful balance between architecture and nature.
