Bayhill Center

A new chapter is unfolding for Hemavan’s store—one that transforms it into a vibrant gathering space, and CYLIND has captured this vision through detailed visualizations. Our task was to create 3D renderings that showcase the architectural vision and highlight that this project is more than just an expansion of the existing store into the shopping center—it’s a new focal point, a space that brings people together and reflects the character of its Arctic surroundings. To provide a comprehensive vision of the project and ensure our client could present it effectively to the local community and decision-makers, we showcased it across different seasons—winter, summer, and autumn—and from multiple perspectives. Aerial views illustrate how it integrates into surroundings, while ground-level perspectives emphasize textures, materials, and the human scale. Together, these renderings paint a complete picture of a space that adapts, inspires, and invites people in every season.
