Groove Urban Condominiums

This is related to the year 2021. My client was Qoo Studio in Canada. Architect: Rawdesign Toronto, rendering AREF Studio design , and post-production by Aida Bazoobandi. A new development by Block development called Groove Condos will be located in at St. Clair W and Bathurst. It will be a 15 storey boutique building with 152 units. 5 mins walk to St Clair West Subway Station.
