Emerald

The Emerald residential complex is located on the seafront in Australia and consists of eighteen premium apartments. The design was inspired by Palm Springs, California, and is surrounded by lush green landscape, creating a contrast with the white and gold-champagne architectural elements of the building. The architecture was designed using a front-facing camera when rendering the exterior to emphasise its proportion and balance. The interior spaces emphasised the spaciousness of the space using side-view camera angles and also decorated all areas with classic, bespoke furniture and styling to emphasise the level of luxury. Rare stands with panoramic glass walls and floor tiles overlooking the terrace create a powerful link between the outside and the inside of the space. The tall, rough concrete fence maintains privacy and is the perfect canvas for nature, painting it with climbing plants. Design, styling and visualization by Tima Agalakov CG image 2023
