Bismarck Residential Compound Being part of PCO Office, I have been assigned to do visualization shots as a marketing material for this compound located in Graf Bismarck, beside Hafen Graf, Germany. My role was team leader and art director of the project, I have worked on each 3d scene myself with the my team at PCO. Story Behind: Our main goal was to produce something the fits the environment of germany, showing how the people will interact with the building in diferrent times of the day, starting from school bus and people having coffee in the morning before going to there daily work, till the evening time how the residents and neighbours could enjoy the inner plaza kids playing, people shoping and enjoying the sunset after a long a long day of work. Software: 3d software : 3dsmax 2018 renderer :corona render 4 Helper Plugins: Itoo-soft railclone for all windows doors and railings. Itoo-soft forestpack for vegitation scatering and for populating parking area. Corona Scatter for populating the plaza with people.
