the Loft

Loft. The workshop was once a weaving factory in the industrial area of the city, got a new life. Now in the prestigious, prosperous district of Stockholm, full of aroma and music of small cafes during the day, and in the evening the roar of apartment parties of successful creative youth and young businessmen. The abundance of square, or rather even cubic meters, filled with light through the huge windows of the former workshops, made it possible to combine comfortable living with a spacious workshop, which caused a great popularity . Due to the fact that the footage in such interiors is very impressive, it was decided to leave only the plastering and paint the walls, all communications remained in plain sight. The old parquet could not be restored, so it was decided to remove it and leave the polished concrete.
