VRayVegetalMtl : Plugin Vray / 3DS Max

SketchUp's Real-Time Rendering Moment: Lumion View, AI Render, and the End of the Export Workflow

SketchUp 2025–2026 has added native PBR materials, AI image generation, and real-time rendering plugins like Lumion View, letting archviz artists produce photorealistic images without leaving the viewport. This collapses the traditional design-to-render pipeline.

VRayVegetalMtl : Plugin Vray / 3DS Max

Hi, Just few words for my first post here, about a plugin i created recently. VRayVegetalMtl is a material for Vray under 3DS Max, which can reproduce translucency effects in foliage. All parameters are on one panel, and the approach is simpler than the VRay2SidedMtl. Also this plugin is able to generate translucency while maintaining a good level of contrast.
