I think the key to devloping good shaders for Mental Ray in Max will be a good Material Tree ditor like the one in XSI. Maybe the plugin devloped by Marsel Khadiyev will help a lot (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=92980) J-L
