Residential Teaser

174855 The very last project of 2016 done for WalkTheRoom AB. This is a teaser render for a residential project to be developed in 2017 in Stockholm, Sweden. 24 hours of work, everything is 3D except for the 2D kids. Minor post production was done in PS, otherwise quite strong base directly from framebuffer. The pine trees are from Radoslav Ignaciuk. Other vegetation from Evermotion, VP, Megascans. 2 slightly different lighting moods were developed, one with corona volume material + pg hdri sky and the other one is on pure corona sun+sky and pg sky in override for visibility and reflections. This project is different because it has lots of models generated through photogrammetry, even the terrace pavement is from the newly added textures.com scanned surfaces. Rendered in 5K 174856
