Help with V-Ray 3.2.03 render settings (3ds Max 2016)

Hey guys I've noticed something in my renders that I just cannot fix (and I don't think I experienced it with previous versions of V-Ray. In my render, everything that is in shadow becomes blurry, while lit areas are pretty sharp. I played around with some settings and it seems like its the Anti-Aliasing and changing from Catmull Rom and others makes a slight difference. But i cant seem to fix it. Detail Enhancement in Irradiance Map seems to improve a little but it sharpens the whole image and increases render times a lot. 162056 Here are my render settings, pretty standard 162057
