Could I get some honest critique please?

I have been playing around with 3D visualisation for fun. I have watched videos and read tutorials but I just seem to be blind to why my work doesn't look photo realistic. I have followed a lot of advice from things I have seen on the internet, but with results I am not that happy with and would like to enhance. What I would like to do is post some work and see what others may suggest I can do to improve. For instance: Is it bad textures and or materials? Bad lighting? Bad photoshop work? I would really, really appreciate any critical advice. I am kind of stuck and not sure what I can do to improve. Thank you. 160063
