How to get same realism in game engine?

Hi, I noticed that the official Unity game engine demo uses the following : http://www.evermotion.org/shop/show_product/scene-06-archinteriors-vol-35/11619 . But my understanding is that image looks very real because it was rendered using vray and is in fact static. Unity did a demo where it imported the scene into the engine for their SSRR demo :http://blogs.unity3d.com/2015/11/10/bedroom-demo-archviz-with-ssrr/. Now I am sure the model look/quality will look something like this : 157962. But the desired output should look like this : 157963. I am curious to know if once rendered, the vray generated image can be baked to a UV. Or is there some other way?
