texture error - UVW MAP

Hello guys, Im having a problem with a texture that I created for an A4 paper. I always model in Rhino 3D, and export to 3dsmax to render with vray. In this case, i modeled an A4 paper with a little bend. But when I apply the texture on it, some error occures. I applied UVW Map, and nothing that I set solves the problem. I think that is better to you to see the attached files. Down there where LOGOTYPE is, it should follow the curvature of the bend. What can i do to resolve this issue? Thank you all!
