SketchUp's Real-Time Rendering Moment: Lumion View, AI Render, and the End of the Export Workflow

EVERMOTION Challenge 2015 / Whole lotta loft - Dream Loft

This is my first 3d modelling challenge, new to 3ds max haha. So, I love the open, clean, simple idea. I,m also very persistent when it comes to alignment (everything must be aligned to something). My initial idea was pretty standard and boring and decided that I would dream big and go all out. ref_1 was my initial plan, 147794 however I went back and looked at some reference and have since change my entire idea. Will upload plan when completed. 147795147796147797147798147799
