V-ray & Sketchup output problem

Hey, I'm a new user here, and hoping someone can help me. Ive done a render in sketch up & Vray and I'm trying to export it to a .exr file, but sketch it keeps outputting at 400 x 400 , and i can't get it to export a larger image. I have turned on the override view port options in the vray menu but i will not export a larger file size. Im using a macbook pro running OSX 10.9.5! Any help will real be appreciated! Thanks!
