Need help with Vray Blend material ?

hello I bought the evemotion archviz training dvd in which there is the making of THE SALK INSTITUTE..in the concrete material tutorial i setup the vray blend material exactly as shown in the tutorial but i am getting the dirt result every where on the model of the front facade where they are inclined. In the tutorial the dirt material is applying only on corners of the model. 137367 Is it the problem with uvs or something pls help?? but if i am creating a new box and applying the vray blend material its working fine!!
