Hatch Studios seeks full-time / part-time lighting & rendering artist.

http://www.canadiananimationresources.ca/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/HatchStudiosLogo.jpg Hatch Studios Ltd, a full-feature computer graphics, animation, motion graphics and design studio, is looking for a full-time 3D lighting and rendering artist. The applicant should have a minimum of 3 years production experience in texturing, shading, lighting and rendering stylized and photorealistic environments, products, vehicles and characters. In addition, the applicant should have moderate compositing experience. A strong understanding of film & photographic lighting techniques, live-action CGI integration, HDRI & global illumination rendering, color-matching & correction, mood and atmosphere is required. Our pipeline is 3dsmax & VRay so experience with these tools is required. The applicant should be familiar with scene wrangling, layer rendering, renderfarm management, etc. As with any small studio, basic generalist skills are also required including modeling, animation, etc. This position is for fulltime, in-studio work in Toronto, Canada.
