SketchUp's Real-Time Rendering Moment: Lumion View, AI Render, and the End of the Export Workflow

SketchUp 2025–2026 has added native PBR materials, AI image generation, and real-time rendering plugins like Lumion View, letting archviz artists produce photorealistic images without leaving the viewport. This collapses the traditional design-to-render pipeline.

Evermotion Challenge 2013 - Future Home Design by CADservices

Hi Guys, I´m Juan, It is a great honor for me to participate in this important contest, thanx to the Evermotion people and our cg friends. My project is a housing solution whit recycled modules of containers of 9 m. Resulting in a city housing dynamics modules that are constantly transformed (chaos city). I employed self-sustainable resources like solar panels and wind power generators. The project is given in the near future, I recreated a post apocalyptic environment, and I have given a foggy mood. I hope that my project is to your liking. Good luck to all participants.
