SketchUp's Real-Time Rendering Moment: Lumion View, AI Render, and the End of the Export Workflow

SketchUp 2025–2026 has added native PBR materials, AI image generation, and real-time rendering plugins like Lumion View, letting archviz artists produce photorealistic images without leaving the viewport. This collapses the traditional design-to-render pipeline.

Farmers Park

Building of Farmers park has a two level structure - ground-level amenities including restaurants, shops, community gardens, a micro-orchard and an office component on the upper level. Such an image is an example demonstrating that 3D graphics can look as real as an original photography, though the only way to reach such a quality level is to work carefully with every detail and every texture. The surroundings of entire project of Farmers park was redesigned, new elements have been added - all these measures improved general view of the whole complex and made it look more pleasing to the eye.
