My name is Espen Beyer Tomren. My firm : Viz Studio Is trained draftsman, Construction Technician, BIM technician and carpentry. Started as a freelance in 2001, where I used autocad and chief Architect as computer program. After graduating in BIM technicians, I started using Archicad in 2010. Primarily, I have prepared building application drawings and detail drawings for various architectural office. Along with the delivery of BIM. With a background as carpentry, I have a great understanding in building construction. BUT, in 2011 I began to learn 3ds max, vray and photoshop. Has been extremely much frustration, but has never given up and will never do. Every day, whatever I do, I pick up inspiration from nature around me, as I try to combine my own arcviz style and expression. Have read and studied extensively around digital matte painting, and uses much of the techniques in my pictures. If we envisage a ladder with 20 steps, so I feel that I stand on stage no. Two. But it is just to continue to learn something every day! My workflow is: Archicad-3ds max vray-photoshop aftereffect Magic Bullet look. Really hope that I manage to put out good enough visualizations on my portfolio, and as you will like. Special thanks to Torgeir Holm from Vray Info, a good friend who has an office in the same building as me. He has taught me a lot technically with Vray! Rock on guys!
