Know the rules!

The theme of the contest is to create a visual representation showing the home of the future. It can be both inside and outside the house, as well as an item of home furnishing. In the contest will be judged both idea and execution of the project.

Unleash your imagination and create a home of the future!

1. The competition begins on 3^rd September and will run till 22^nd October.
2. The subject of this competition is „Future home design”.
3. Work In Progress renders are required, at least a few to proof that you made the scene yourself showing progress along the way.
4. Enter the Challenge by registering yourself on Evermotion forum.
5. Post your wip (work in production) by making a new thread in CHALLENGES, EVERMOTION competitions section: Evermotion Challenge 2013
6. Work must be genereted in 3d software. You can use every 3D software you want, post processing inside Photoshop or other 2D software is allowed. We require information about software you used.
7. Multiple entries are not allowed but you can post up to three different camera angles for one scene (closeups for example).
8. The work you submit to this Challenge must be your own personal work, groups and companies are not allowed.
9. Hosting WIP images on other servers than Evermotion is not allowed.
10. Your work can not be published outside the dedicated forum during the Challenge, you can link to it if you like. Hosting final entries on other servers than Evermotion is allowed after the end of the competiton.
11. Using of premade models is allowed.
12. Using licensed models and textures is allowed but you must credit everything you use.
13. Submit your final entry before the close of the challenge (to avoid the last-minute rush - get your entry in early).
14. Final submission resolution should be not lower than 1200px (the longest edge).
15. Final submission should have attached a blank info line:
16. 3 winners will be chosen by the Judge team. You can find Judges' names below.
17. Final images submitted after the deadline will not participate in the judging stage.
18. To be qualified WIP (Work In Progress) images must have been submitted during the Challenge.
19. Employees of sponsors cannot enter this challenge.
20. Any imaging deemed to contain content that depicts explicit acts that are overtly violent, sexual, cruel or brutal will be disqualified.
21. Sponsors of the Challenge can use short-listed and winning artwork only for information purposes, which concerns the Challenge.
22. The sponsors agree to clearly credit the artist if any of his artwork is used.
23. Artists may use the images created for personal promotion.
24. Winners will be asked to write a "making-of" tutorial within 1 month.
25. Winners will be announced one week after the Challenge end.
26. To provide the awards, we will contact the winners by the email address given during the registration on the forum.

If you do not agree with any of the above rules, please do not enter the Challenge.
