    **House Roces**

Belgian Govaert & Vanhoutte Architects‘ project Villa Roces in Bruges (Belgium) was awarded as the “Leaf Award 2012” Residential Building of the Year (single occupancy)”
I was so overwelmed by this minimal design residence that I decided to model this house in 3d.
software 3ds max 2013, Vray 2.30, Forest Pack Pro, Photoshop.
Looking forward to see your feedback!

Very Very good Results! ! Scene is very well populated in terms of vegetation, models all on point, the attention to details here is crazy, if I really had to be fusy I would say not enough light into the building in first image but thats architectural and I'd say the floor boards in image 4 are tad bit too chamfered, otherwise all these renders look fantastic and the outcome is just excellent, great job!

    Hi Patric,
I love this house and you have done great renders. In the last shot, I love the composition and the lights and the space.

    Hi Patric.
I'm very glad to see your last project on the front page. Congratulations! Well deserved!
    I especially love the 2nd, 3rd and 4th image.
At the 3rd the water is breath taking and at the 4th I can feel how cold is outside.
    One more time: excelent work!

Agreed about forest pack, vegetation is excellent. I also think the floor board wood texture is excellent. Im not in love with the diffusion in the first image though, and some of the metal need more subdivs to get rid of the noise although Im sure your render times were already pretty massive.

I know I'll seem like a idiot or asking but how do you heat these houses?

Hi, "roces House" is using floor heating for primary home heating.
