update for miss mila, i use clo3d for the cloth, and will doing milas texture in zbrush.
Considering noise... You don't have any difficult illumination and noise is very even. AA weighted filter in Post may help a bit, but most working solution is only longer rendering time.
marchewa-- ok thanks for the tip, here's an eight hour render test with dof, i think it needs more time for a cleaner result.
HI guys, im almost 90% done on my image. I just want to share the textures and compiled test renders. The next update will be the final cameras and render. ^_^

ok here are some of the extra cameras that i created.
Resolution for the renders are 850x567, 8-12 hours of rendering. Still got some noise but i think its just fine since my scene is a night scene which in reality you'll get some noise from the camera.

"How to save a life" is a story about Dr. Smith and his friends Lovbo and Theodore. Dr. Smith is the one who discovered that there lives depends on the winder, and responsinble for assembling parts from new or old tin can toys like Miss Mila.
The scene was done in 3ds max 2012, Zbrush 4R3, Nox, UV layout and Photoshop, After effects. 80% of the post were done in Nox, and 20% done in after effects and photoshop
what i like in nox:
its real time dof
its post and final menu tab, where you can almost do the color correction without using any other editing softwares. It also have the film camera features to add a final touch on the renders.
This is my first time to use another renderer besides vray and zbrush bpr, so far Nox 0.3.48 open beta is still amazing, I've enjoyed and learned a lot on this competition and I bet The team will come up with more new features soon.
ok so here's the link on how i lighted up my scene
