nasir al molk mosque - Farrokh Tabande

The Nasīr al-Molk Mosque (Persian: مسجد نصیر الملك - Masjed-e Naseer ol Molk) is a traditional mosque in Shiraz, Iran, located in Goade-e-Araban place (near the famous Shah Cheragh mosque). The mosque was built during the Qājār era(near 200 years ago ), and is still in use under protection by Nasir al Mulk's Endowment Foundation. It was built by the order of Mirza Hasan Ali Nasir al Molk, one of the lords of the Qajar Dynasty, in 1876 and was finished in 1888. The designers were Muhammad Hasan-e-Memar and Muhammad Reza Kashi Paz-e-Shirazi.
The mosque extensively uses colored glass in its facade, and displays other traditional elements such as panj kāseh-i (five concaves) in its design.

Restoration, protection and maintenance of this valuable monument, observing all international standards on historical places, has duly begun and is continuing by The Nasir Al-Molk Endowment Foundation. This foundation is one of the largest in Fars Province and is under the administration of Mr. Mahmood Ghavam. The foundation actively devotes most of its yearly income towards feeding the poor during and after the religious ceremonies of Muharram and Safar, and towards the rennovation and up-keep of this precious mosque.

my grandfather's dad was one of the tile artists of this place and also my father has been grown up between these columns . when i look at this place i have an strong feeling about the history of my old country .
this place is also known as the "light mosque" because of usage of Proper lighting and thick natural local materials and providing cool interiors during hot summers.

here you can see my photo references (and more photos of this place)
hope to finish this project in time
    and hope you like it

    Farrokh Tabande

    Great,
Itīs turning to a nice pic, Some speculars on the stones of the columns might improve the overal look.

    i think
    it has a nice mode
and i do like the ceramics
but every thing needs lots of improvement (specially the GI)

i will edit the glasses an all of the settings

i wana to do some optimization in the render time (if i have time )

so tell me how you want it to be ?

will probably look great once you've tweaked it, all i would say is that the light in your refrence image is more yellow compared to the white light in you last image and its much brighter.

still needs to be brighter and exposure needs to be higher to get that bloom effect.

    it changes the whole color
i have changed the ground shader
and i think that i have to increase the anti aliasing settings
