Fast modeling competition. Edition 12 : potted plant

Time you have : less then 3 hours

Subject for this weeks is: potted plant.

There are two things that you must to do to start in this contest:

1. Post in this thread screen shot from viewport of your model (wire and shaded).
2. Eventually you can post some render, but we wouldn't entertain it in final judgment.
3. Write how long it take to model it.

The price for first place as always : one of our CD's (can choose which, only Archinteriors, Archmodels or Textures4ever without Archshaders).

no old models of course...about the opacity maps - I think it's ok to use them ...good luck !

No you cant use any generators in this competiotion.

The Sunflower (potted): 1st on post o.O

In 2 days i taked arround 2 hours (i really dont like use photoshop to make textures T_T).

This is my poted plant, for modeling 1 hour and render all frames 30 minutes.
The follage is created with vray fur.

This is my first plant model, but i am quite satisfied with the result. The leafs could be better though.

Software: 3dsmax
Time to model: 2 h 50 min

I wanted more detail on the pot, but it just wasnt time for it..
