Hey, really good design and rendering. I'd love to see what it looks like at night. Maybe you can post that too.

Very good! I really enjoyed it; one thing though:
When you use LWF, you kinda work in Linear Space; i.e. Linear Color Mapping, but you are using exponential; so, did you mean by LWF setting gamma at 2.2 for Exponential CM? and if so, do you correct the gamma of all your bitmap images when importing and the gamma of your colors? because just setting the expo cm to 2.2 without correcting bmp's and colors would return bleached images, and yours are just fine !!!
And else, what could be your camera settings? I find the light pretty well balanced in both day and night shots; no overbrightness but still, despite exponential, no oversaturation of color tones.

Just put hdri map in this slot:

My hdri had value of rgb-55 due to camera exposure, just play with it

You can find many great and some free hdri maps on the net

Because time was very short client decided to finalize project without interiors
Here is two images that show something about interior of house.
    From bottom to above:
    1. floor : Pool, sauna, solarium, bath
    2. floor : sitting room, dinning room, kitchen (behind is garage but you can't see that)
    3. floor : 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms + entrance
    4. floor : 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms + balcony

All floors are conected with stairs and elevator
