sorry, but I'm very busy actually ... I have a lot of free time so I post my first pictures .... I know I know ... This is only the beginning =)
I have modify the original mesh to get a bind pose with the hands and the knees (it's better to rig...)
I added lots of loops to improve the skinning =)
