My own design apartment 39M

Hello,

Project is 39 square meter apartment to design.
Deadline before April.


Software 3ds max 2020

I started with homestyler.com but I moved to well known tool.

Final render can be with maxwell or internal 3ds max engine like Arnold - I do not decided yet.


I post general concept plan from top.
Next update will be walls modeling as homestyler does allowed me to build details. I need to re-model whole in 3ds max.

If you want a more modernist vibe, up the white portion (all white walls, white bedding) and add pops of emerald green: big leafed plants, curtains, cushions.

emerald green - it is nice color I think of it.
curtains - this makes room even smaller - no way
all white walls, white bedding - 100% will be like that

it has to be bright. First I need to visualise floors and walls then I will start with furniture. Renderings soon.

They said Maxwell 5 has GPU support which is faster.
It's only display higher benchmark and SL number which has nothing to do with real quallity. I have GeForce GTX 1060 6GB which is quite new and old CPU Intel i7 2600K (2011) and I see much better quality of render CPU draft than GPU.

See my attachment. GPU has problems with IES light emitters and some hot spots visible overal. GPU useless.
