Good afternoon respectable jury Alex Roman , Ciro Sannino , Jakub Dabrowski , Barbara Witkowska , Michał Horba , Krzysztof "Pendzel" Kundzicz and all who views my project, I am glad to present it to you .
Because it is not just any one work I have done, that is project, I spend the most part of my time, efforts and hope, the believe that will be the best among my works and it will take the prize at the competition of Evermotion Chalange 2015.
All sketches you can see, I posted all the time during the creation. Every corner is problematical, in both simulations and design.

I’m afree designer in my choice and do not afraid of experiments. But everyone has his own ideas, wishes how to design the home. And everyone wants to see it not only comfortable, but also stylish and aesthetic. As for me, the ideal customer is one who sets his hopes on my taste and my own vision as a designer. And in that way if on the one side of the customer and in another one of the designer there are an easy communication, the same tastes and general consensus it means that to work is more pleasure.
    HISTORY AND SOLUTIONS
Loft-Studios is located in a prestige historical district of the city, exactly on the place of the previous furniture’s factory.
The customer was an intelligent man, very pedantic and attentive to details, that has compelled me to work at all 100%!
The idea is the first that start beginning of the creating of any interior. My credo is to lose all tasks extraordinary. And that’s why I decided to complaine current trends and style loft in one interior. I did a conscious choice in favor of modern technology. In the visualization the apartment would be light, free and warm, just like I imagined in my mind.
I used brickwork and metal constructions in the design of the space. I would like to create the functional apartment on the one side and on the another the design would be represent the interests of the customer and wold be a zone of comfort , where you wish to return and stay there for a longer time. And the apartment took up really the strains of the owner!

I expect to do about 30 pictures with various angles and Close-Ups. But despite my good computer 66,000,000. landfills in the final scene, everything was moving quite slowly and I spend a lot of time for different kinds of miscalculation, unfortunately the optimization does not help.
And in case I win, I promise, all 30 images in extending approximately 4000x3000 given the right to publish by the Evermotion.
As to the patterns and textures, it is the most famous stock Evermotion and of course the great achievement of realistic picture is in qualitative models of Bertrand Benoit
for that I’m full of thanks, and in addition 3dsky, VizPeople, Model + Model, Design connected, ArchiCG Plants may be some another, but honestly to say I could forget some of them an d for that sorry. If I remember, sure I’ll write separately.
The applications I used – the main are for modeling 3Ds Max 2014, to visualization - Corona Renderer 1.3, for postproduction - Photoshop C6.
Of course in each application there was a number of plugins.
I have a lot of my own technique-ways that I could show making off of this work.
I would like to thank Alex Roman , Ciro Sannino , Jakub Dabrowski , Barbara Witkowska , Michał Horba , Krzysztof "Pendzel" Kundzicz from the organizers for this kind of competition.
I am going to finish this project now and will seek for re-rendering and choose better and higher quality camera’s position.
I wish you all success, and I am keeping fingers crossed for myself, hope only prize-place, please friends!

Julian, your 'work in progress' images don't appear to actually show much work in progress, only near complete scenes before render.

As you have regularly shown in the past that you believe it's acceptable to take scenes that have been created by other people, make minor adjustments, render them and take credit for them, I'm sure you can forgive people for being sceptical

Here you are doing it with a Bertrand Benoit scene:
    http://www.evermotion.org/vbulletin/...es-de-cantecor

And this scene that you're taking credit for making in your spare time mainly consists of unchanged assets from an evermotion scene:
    https://www.behance.net/gallery/2320...ct-living-room
    http://www.evermotion.org/shop/show_...d-vol-30/11624

It's good to see that you have actually credited some of the people creating assets you have used on this occasion, but as you say, you may have forgotten 'some' so would it be easier to list what parts of the scene you have modelled yourself to ensure that we all have a representative idea of your input?

    Regards
