A little introduction and blurb about myself; I am a bit of a newb to the industry and a full on total newb to Evermotion and the forum. But I guess no better way to pick up the process then to just go for it... I have attached the below brief that kind of acts as a way for me to comprehend the task and ties together the criteria. Basically it is just written dribble, some could say a form of procrastination, either way it is attached

Applied my desired functions for the loft to a space that resembles the power station. Came up with an interesting layout which has since only been tweaked a little for modeling.
