Summer in the city challenge Dom participation

Hello everyone,
my name is Dom and I would like to participate to the challenge Summer in the city,
I'm a self taught CGartist and hobbyst, I'm working with 3DSMAX and octane render and this is my very first challenge, so, I will do my best.

I'm just beginning my project, I do not really have a precise idea yet.

Adding more elements, roofs and tiles,
now I know exactly what I want to achieve, it will be a classic house on the ground floor and the first floor, a wooden house
with lots of windows and open spaces.

The modeling is well advanced, the house is almost complete.
I'm afraid of running out of time.

I'm currently working on the garden lamps,
it's difficult because Octane-render has a strange behavior with light and glass, it doesn't worked as expected,
anyway, I will search for another method.

Just a quick test render, texturing complete, but I have changed my mind,
I prefer a night scene, I'm working on it.
